If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your transaction receipt and contact our support team right away.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Cashier or Wallet section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they're received. Verified accounts generally enjoy faster processing. Make sure the withdrawal method matches the one used for your original deposit.

Yes. ice7 supports in-play betting, which lets you place wagers on events that are already in progress. Odds update in real time as the game develops. This is available for selected sports and events — check the Bet page for currently live markets when you're logged in.

If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours, most bets will remain valid. If the event is cancelled entirely or not completed within the required timeframe, bets are typically voided and stakes are returned to your account.
