Attempting to exploit platform errors, using automated tools or bots, engaging in collusion, money laundering, or any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. ice7 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is identified, pending investigation.

Registration is free. Creating an ice7 account does not obligate you to make a deposit, but a funded PHP balance is required to participate in any real-money game or bet.
Each player is permitted to hold one ice7 account only. If you discover or suspect that you hold more than one account — whether created intentionally or accidentally — you must notify ice7 immediately so that duplicate accounts can be identified and resolved.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your ice7 account, including all bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated. ice7 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions with your login credentials.

Account transfer, sale, or sharing is strictly prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
All financial transactions on the ice7 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage of depositing, playing, or withdrawing.
Accepted deposit methods are limited to Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets (such as GCash or Maya, where available as deposit channels). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on ice7.
Deposits are credited to your ice7 PHP wallet upon successful processing. The specific processing time depends on the payment method selected. ice7 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
To process a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a national ID, passport, or driver's licence — through your account settings. Withdrawals are sent to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
ice7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where account activity warrants review. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Your full transaction history in PHP — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — is accessible from your account section at any time.
Funds deposited into your ice7 account are held for gaming purposes. ice7 does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for an extended period — may be subject to inactivity handling as outlined in any applicable account policy update communicated to registered players.
All games and betting markets available on ice7 are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game or betting section before participation. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing a bet or joining a game session.
Bets placed are final once confirmed. ice7 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error on the platform has demonstrably affected the outcome. In such cases, ice7's decision on the appropriate resolution is final.
Sports betting markets — covering events such as PBA basketball, boxing, international football, and esports — are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. Settlement of bets follows the official result of the relevant sporting event or competition. ice7 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed without rescheduling, or where reliable official results cannot be confirmed.
Live eBingo sessions are governed by the rules displayed before each session begins, including card pricing, prize structure, and draw format. Participation in a session by purchasing a bingo card constitutes acceptance of that session's rules.
Slot games and live casino titles operate according to the rules of the individual game as provided by the game supplier. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game mechanics are defined by the game supplier and are not modified by ice7.
Attempting to exploit errors in games, software bugs, or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and may be voided. ice7 reserves the right to correct errors and adjust affected account balances accordingly.
ice7 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming on ice7 is intended to be entertainment — it is not a method of generating income, and no outcome on the platform can be guaranteed. You acknowledge that all gaming and betting involves financial risk.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends. During self-exclusion, you will not be permitted to log in or access any gaming function on the platform.

All ice7 players are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:
ice7 cooperates fully with lawful requests from regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Accounts under investigation for prohibited conduct may be frozen pending resolution. ice7's determination in conduct matters, made after reasonable investigation, is final.
All content on the ice7 platform — including but not limited to the ice7 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of ice7 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ice7 platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit written permission from ice7.
Third-party game content available in the Game Lobby remains the intellectual property of the respective game suppliers and is subject to the suppliers' own licensing arrangements.

ice7 is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of third-party payment services used for deposits or withdrawals. Your relationship with your payment provider is governed by that provider's own terms.
ice7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the ice7 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ice7 support.
Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or formatting updates — may be made without separate notification.
